Privacy policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed on adscorelab.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and why

• Contact / audit request form: agency name, email address, client website to audit, approximate budget range and your message. Purpose: answering your request and preparing the service you ask for. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Free pre-audit tool: runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to our servers and no account data is collected.
• Service delivery: when you contract an audit, we access the Google Ads account in read-only mode under the confidentiality terms agreed with your agency. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

3. Retention

Form submissions are kept while the request is handled and up to 12 months afterwards for follow-up, unless a service is contracted (in which case data is kept for the duration of the relationship and the legally required tax periods). You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data is stored on infrastructure located in the EU. It is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Service providers acting as processors (hosting, email delivery) are bound by data processing agreements. No transfers outside the EEA take place except to providers covered by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to hello@adscorelab.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).

6. Security

Forms are protected against automated abuse and code injection, submissions travel encrypted (HTTPS), and access to stored data is restricted. Client account access is always read-only and revocable by you at any moment.

7. Single purpose

Data submitted for a specific request is used only for that request. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.
